Rise and Shine!

Smoothie, fruit, juiceMakes: 2 Juices

Start the day with this really quick and simple juice for all the family. It is also a great way of using up the odd bit of fruit you may have lurking in your fridge!


Ingredients:


2 oranges, freshly squeezed
1 medium banana
110g / 4oz mango, sliced and stone removed
1 dessert spoon plain yogurt

Method:


1. Simply pour the freshly squeezed oranges, banana and mango into a blender or food processor and pulse until the fruit breaks down. Turn up the speed and continue to blend until it forms a smooth purée.

2. Add the plain yogurt and continue to blend, stopping briefly to clean the juice off the sides of the blender and resume on a high setting for a further minute.

3. Serve immediately over ice.
