Katie’s blog is a real asset to any parent who has just discovered their child is coeliac or is sensitive to wheat and gluten. Her experience of cooking suitable, healthy meals for her coeliac son is inspiringly creative, appealing and not to mention always beautifully presented!

Having worked with her for a number of our campaigns, including National Cream Tea Day, where Katie created a delightful gluten-free cream tea scone to serve with our client Higher Living’s  organic White Tea Strawberry tea was an absolute hit, loved by both her readers and our client.
