I was interviewed by the Yorkshire Post Newspaper as it is Coeliac Awareness Week 12th-18th May 2014 and can be found in the Life & Style Supplement.

We talked about our personal experience on finding out William had Coeliac disease and my vision for writing my first gluten-free recipe book for families, recently winning a competition run by Coeliac UK and raising awareness if you think you might have some of the symptoms associated with Coeliac disease.
