Delicious Alchemy Christmas Fruit Cake Mix.

Delicious Alchemy recently revealed that they were launching a unique new product, a limited edition Christmas cake mix none the less which really excited me.

This substantial mix of festive fun was jam packed with raisins, dates and sultanas and smelled divine. It immediately made me question making my own Christmas cake in the future when all the ingredients apart from eggs, butter or dairy free alternative and a cheeky tot of brandy are within the mix, I am converted!

Feeling creative, I decided to see how the mix fared making individual cakes, with the intention of gift wrapping as little Christmas presents or stocking fillers…it was a winner. The finished articles were moist and full of flavour and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. I would challenge anyone to realise it was gluten and dairy free too.
