Delicious Alchemy (Week 5 Winner)

In the spirit of the Great British Bake Off, Delicious Alchemy have been running a gluten-free magic bake off competition for the past 6 weeks. #GFMBO for short.

I was thrilled to win this weeks round with my take on gluten-free alchemy creating a trio of mini desserts. Upside Down Millionaire’s Shortbread with a Cocoa Shortbread base and White Chocolate topping, Profiteroles filled with Lemon Mousse and a Baked Passion Fruit Cheesecake…ooh and a Chocolate Silver Spoon for fun!
