Ellis The Polar Bear Christmas Cake (GF)

William has been quite secretive about School Baking Club recently and now I know why. I received an early Christmas present today, which undoubtedly meant a lot to me as William has been busy over the past few weeks making this all by himself. It was presented in its own cake box and personalised with a hand written gift tag.

Baking Club have been a hive of activity making and baking individual Christmas cakes for their parents and here is mine, all for me! It tasted lovely too, who needs Betty’s?! The smell as I cut into it was also delicious and the taste was great considering it was made by a 5 year old.
