Mother’s Day Sticky Toffee Bread and Butter Pudding with Udi’s.

Moist, sweet and sticky toffee pudding and bread and butter pudding have transcended generations for years – now you can enjoy both at the same time!

Recently, Udi’s contacted me to develop a recipe for Mother’s Day that incorporated their Tiger Bloomer loaf in some capacity. So, as the weather has been variable of late and even though Spring is officially here, (though currently snowing as I write this), I decided to make an indulgent, comforting dessert which is perfect to share on a day like today.
