Firework Flapjack (GF)

Today William made gluten-free Firework Flapjack at Baking Club. He measured out all the gluten-free ingredients which included black treacle, dark brown sugar, gluten free oats and Vitalite. He then mixed them together in a bowl with his friends and really enjoyed pressing the mixture into the container ready to go in the oven, but not before adding his finishing touch of gluten-free gold and silver shimmer powder on top!
