Tropical Fruit Kebabs (GF)
Today William made this fruity little number consisting of apple, pineapple and mandarin segments. They learned how to thread the fruit on to the skewer and selected the fruit of their choice. The kebab did not last long! It is a great way to get your child to eat more fruit and makes a fun activity to do together.
WILL’S QUOTE OF THE DAY

Firework Flapjack (GF)
Today William made gluten-free Firework Flapjack at Baking Club. He measured out all the gluten-free ingredients which included black treacle, dark brown sugar, gluten free oats and Vitalite. He then mixed them together in a bowl with his friends and really enjoyed pressing the mixture into the container ready to go in the oven, but not before adding his finishing touch of gluten-free gold and silver shimmer powder on top!

Autumn is a busy time for birthdays in our household, but the end is in sight with just 3 more birthdays to go. So, the thought of Christmas has been neatly parked for at least a couple of weeks.
Last week marked William’s 5th birthday. One giant gluten-free milestone in his little life and one that he was bursting with excitement for. You ...
