M&S Gluten-free Event.
Last night my family of 5 attended a gluten-free event hosted at the M&S store at Cheshire Oaks. These gluten-free events are currently running across over 70 stores around the country and is something we have never experienced with other mainstream retailers. Big thumbs up M&S. In need of a tea break? These gluten-free Matcha tea and pistachio cupcakes are delicate in flavour and make the perfect accompaniment to have with a cup of tea or maybe planning a wedding or celebration.

Lemon and Thyme Box Cakes (GF)

These moist individual gluten-free box cakes are bursting with citrus flavour and include a hidden surprise vegetable too…great if you are trying to boost your families vegetable intake.

Double Delight Berry Bite Cupcakes (GF)
Makes: 20, 4cm, (1½”) diameter
These gluten-free mini morsels are great if you lean towards indecision like me! The top sponge is flavoured with puréed raspberries, the bottom one flavoured with blackberries and sandwiched together with a delicate vanilla buttercream. Twice the flavours! The children enjoyed these on a recent picnic but they would also make great party food or squeezed into a lunch box for all ages.
