A beautifully presented and user friendly book. The recipes are easy to follow and re-create, even within a busy family lifestyle. It is a fabulous book and the recipes are equally delicious for both coeliac and non-coeliac diets, I have been highly recommending this book to family and friends, including those in the health service.
