Will’s School Bakes With A Gluten-Free Twist

William is 6 years old and started school in September 2015. He was keen to be involved in every aspect of school life and expressed a particular interest in the Baking Club which runs once a week after school. Chocolate Crispy Cakes (GF)

Today baking club made chocolate crispy cakes. The children broke up the chocolate and placed it in a bowl and warmed it up until it had melted. They then poured the cornflakes in with the chocolate and mixed it altogether. Next they carefully spooned the mixture into the cake cases and decorated each cake with sprinkles. WILL’S QUOTE OF THE DAY “Mummy, the best bit was putting the sprinkles on the cakes and I got to eat them! My table got to try my gluten-free chocolate too.“ Continue Reading
