M&S Gluten-free Event.
Last night my family of 5 attended a gluten-free event hosted at the M&S store at Cheshire Oaks. These gluten-free events are currently running across over 70 stores around the country and is something we have never experienced with other mainstream retailers. Big thumbs up M&S. Salted Caramel Brownies recipe developed for Food Thoughts Cocoa and Sainsbury’s online.
I was recently commissioned by Food Thoughts Cocoa, to develop a recipe using their 100% cocoa powder product for Sainsbury's online. It is naturally unsweetened and gluten-free which I particularly like and significantly, they originally pioneered Fairtrade Cocoa with Oxfam in 1989.
