This recipe is great if you need to whip up some gluten-free sweet party treats last minute, are light as a feather and melt in the mouth. Last night my family of 5 attended a gluten-free event hosted at the M&S store at Cheshire Oaks. I recently had the pleasure of sampling some edible viola flowers from Delamere Flower Farm which is set on the edge of Delamere forest in Cheshire.
