BBC Radio Leeds: My Signature Dish.

Today I was interviewed by BBC Radio Leeds to talk about my signature dish that I regularly make during the week for all the family which is Teriyaki Salmon served with seasonal greens. ITV Lorraine, Let Them Tweet Cake.

Over the past two weeks, Lorraine has been asking Britain to share their favourite homemade cake bakes. I was delighted to see both of my cakes shown on the "favourites" gallery. The first one was a Teddy Bears Picnic cake, created for my daughters first birthday party. Everything was edible apart from the tiny cutlery.
