M&S Gluten-free Event.

Last night my family of 5 attended a gluten-free event hosted at the M&S store at Cheshire Oaks. These gluten-free events are currently running across over 70 stores around the country and is something we have never experienced with other mainstream retailers. Big thumbs up M&S. The Guardian, Cook Supplement: Lavender Shortbread With Homemade Orange Curd.

Today my gluten-free lavender shortbread with homemade orange curd recipe features in The Guardian and is my modern twist on the classic Jammie Dodger. Dale Berning Sawa of The Guardian described it as “ an elegant take on the Jammie Dodger. Punching out the holes seemed to me a step too far. Makes: 18 biscuits These quirky gluten-free teabag shaped biscuits are delicately flavoured with ground pistachio nuts and flavoured with rose water. You could draw a special message on the tags to personalise them as a gift or for a corporate event add your logo. Ingredients:

Makes: 10 Biscuits (8cm in diameter) These biscuits have a hint of earl grey and lemon, delicate in flavour and melt in the mouth. There is very little waste with this recipe as it doubles up to make iced gems with the remaining cut out shapes. Ingredients:
