Salted Caramel Brownies recipe developed for Food Thoughts Cocoa and Sainsbury’s online.

I was recently commissioned by Food Thoughts Cocoa, to develop a recipe using their 100% cocoa powder product for Sainsbury's online. It is naturally unsweetened and gluten-free which I particularly like and significantly, they originally pioneered Fairtrade Cocoa with Oxfam in 1989. Savoury tuiles with beetroot cream, mushrooms and dill (GF).

These distinct festive nibbles are sure to catch your eye over the Christmas period and get the thumbs up if you are coeliac or following a gluten-free diet. The savoury tuiles are peppered with black sesame seeds and filled with neon pink beetroot cream, topped with sautéed button mushrooms and dill.

Delicious Alchemy Christmas Fruit Cake Mix.

Delicious Alchemy recently revealed that they were launching a unique new product, a limited edition Christmas cake mix none the less which really excited me. This substantial mix of festive fun was jam packed with raisins, dates and sultanas and smelled divine. Serves: 4-6 Mille-feuille requires a bit of patience if you are making the puff pastry from scratch but it is worth the wait! Rough Puff Pastry (GF)

Serves: 4 

Ingredients: 140g / 5oz gluten-free multipurpose flour 1 teaspoon xanthan gum ¼ teaspoon salt 110g / 4oz chilled butter, cubed 50g / 2oz cold water 1 teaspoon lemon juice Method:
