Smoked Salmon and Spinach Rolls (GF)

Makes: 18 Rolls These little smoked salmon rolls make a great little snack to take on a picnic or prepare in advance for a summer party.
 Ingredients:

 110g / 4oz cream cheese, softened ¼ lemon, juice and zest 110g / 4oz smoked salmon 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves, stalks removed
